The objective of MJE’s FUSION “Lay Leader Program” is to cultivate a cadre of up-and-coming lay leaders, whose talent and enthusiasm for the Jewish People, Jewish Learning, and Jewish Tradition can be leveraged and guided to help MJE enhance and extend its impact. Through organic, peer-based, non-rabbinic relationships with young, Jewish professionals they become integral parts of the MJE community. They learn with and from MJE participants and grow as they help others grow.
